Marsela started her professional career in the banking sector. After a few corporate relocations, she gained personal experience on how the home buying and selling process worked well and how it could be improved. With a career change and having built, bought, and sold multiple homes herself, Marsela learned through her own personal experience what makes the process go smoothly and how to outperform the real estate market. With the financial services background, having worked with new home builders and a successful track record in residential real estate brokerage, she can effectively manage and streamline the homebuying and selling experience, builds strong partnerships and lasting relationships based on trust and care and strives to exceed expectations and provide dedicated, exemplary service to her clients.

Marsela has lived in the Charlotte area for over 15 years. She is passionate about the natural beauty of the Carolinas and is an active member of the thriving communities she serves. She has experience in interior design and decorating, which enables her to find the best fit for her buyer clients and extensive staging expertise to maximize returns for the sellers that she represents.
